Dan Mohler: Dan has been a significant
influence on northwest music for many years. He is well known for
his high level of expertise in the studio.
He regularly performs with a variety of
different bands and artists. Because he is proficient both in
reading and improvisational skills, he is able to quickly adapt to any
musical setting. In sessions with Dan, I have always been impressed
by his intuitive ability to come up with great bass parts that are on par
with the finest studio bass parts coming out of L.A. or Nashville.
Dan has had many opportunities to tour
full-time with well-known acts. But he has opted to stay here in the
Northwest with his family.
He has played bass on dozens of projects
through the years at numerous recording studios. I am glad he is
here since he has played bass on three of my album projects ...........Greg.
